Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L we're gonna be checking out and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit. But before we get into the installation, we'll take a moment, check this out and talk about why it's a good idea to use something like this. So when it comes to setting up a flat tow vehicle a lot of times a battery charge line kit is a component that's often overlooked but it's really important to use one of these for several different reasons. And I say that because one of the reasons being any of your supplemental braking systems that you're gonna use when they operate, they're gonna draw power from your Jeep's battery. And not to mention too with the Cherokee L, at least ours, you don't disconnect power when you're flat towing it, right So chances are pretty good there's other draws on your vehicle's electrical system when you're flat towing. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO swing away storage system with the cargo basket and the enclosed cargo box, and seeing how it fits on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. So the Yakima EXO System is a very unique setup. It's gonna be a hitch-mounted carrier slides into our two inch by two inch receiver tube. And it does weigh quite a bit which makes your Jeep Grand Cherokee L a perfect fit for it because it's vehicle capacity and hitch capacity is more than enough for the job. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO SwingAway ski and snowboard carrier with the enclosed cargo carrier attachment and seeing how it fits on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Now, right away I do wanna point out that the EXO system is a very unique hitch mounted carrier system. It's gonna be completely modular and this kit features the two shelves with the two accessories you see here. The enclosed carrier box on the bottom and the ski carrier up top. But before we do that, why don't we just check this out and talk about why it's a good idea to run one of these. So before we jump right in, why don't we just touch base and refresh ourselves on the five main parts that we're gonna need to flat tow our Jeep down the road in the first place.
